SafetyNET TXJ Blow Drying
Description
TXJ3E1 - Upon completion of this assignment, the student will be able to successfully execute a round brush/ blow dry style according to guidelines for volume, usually taught over 3 periods. It will walk students through a blow dry using a round brush following proper safety and sanitation guidelines. This assignment is considered a medium risk safety concern. Tools required: Milady Standard Cosmetology Textbook, mannequin, mannequin stand, apron, comb Kit, sectioning clips, water bottle, towels, blow dryer with nozzle attachment. We also review use of PPE such as smocks, capes, towels, and Sanek strips for protection of clients skin from the cape.
