SafetyNET TEJ LED Flasher Printed Circuit Board
Description
The project is a printed circuit board that has four resistors, two transistors, two capacitors, one 9V battery clip and eight flashing LEDs. Students will be taken through a step by step process where they are making the LED Flasher Project. Students are provided with instruction before breaking off into small groups (or individually) to complete hands-on tasks. Students will require about 5 to 8 periods to make this project. Students will learn the following: how to make a printed circuit board, how to solder, how to identify basic components and how to do all this in a safe environment. Demonstrates in online video.
