OCTE-schedule B project


The Ontario College of Teachers (OCT) and OCTE share a long standing, successful working relationship, working in partnership on many successful projects that have had a substantial positive impact on technological education across the province.

The OCTE-Schedule B Project is a review of the “Technological Education Additional Qualifications Course Guidelines, Schedule B Teachers’ Qualifications Regulations” for the purpose of proposing policy revisions that serve both the profession and the public interest.

This project is being managed in three phases:

  • Phase 1 - Completed
  • Phase 2 - In Progress
  • Phase 3 - June 2018-August 2018

Applications for Phase 3 Writers

OCTE is currently seeking qualified writers to contribute to draft revisions of Schedule B guidelines in collaboration with Program Officers of OCT’s Standards of Practice and Education. Successful applicants will work as part of OCTE writing teams based on BBT program areas.
