There's lots of ways to partner with OCTE.

Teacher candidates from various teacher education programs look to OCTE membership as a way to help them learn.

We do outreach to various teacher education programs and have a special free membership for teacher candidates who have a current affiliation with one of our post-secondary partners.

With board affiliation, the whole board is able to get 'on board' and benefit from the relationships and resources available. Teachers can review the list of current affiliated boards, and know that their membership is covered for the current school year, and they can have all the member benefits. Board affiliation is priced fairly according to the number of schools and teachers that can be included.

Industry affiliation can lead to exciting opportunities to inform the teaching community about products, organizations, and connect with people who need to know about what the industry looks like now for the job market, and where the industry is going. There is basic membership and premium membership with other benefits like conference booth displays, inclusion of logos and materials in delegate bags, and consideration for expert presentations at conference.

School administrators need a place for answers for those complex questions. Usually an OCTE member has a connection with a colleague that can help to narrow your search, and help you get definitive answers, or make inquiries at various levels of government to clarify issues.
